once your order has been processed we are unable to make any changes. if the correct address has been provided, it is your responsibility to contact us or the courier.

Our brands ship across South Africa and arrangements can be made for shipping outside the country.

If the item is faulty or not as described 
 
We offer a full refund on all products within 14 days of purchase only if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 
Item must be in the original packaging.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
 
PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (if applicable)
 
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing part for a reason not due to our error.
 
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of day. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-sealable condition or missing any accessories.
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES 
 
In general, you can return an unwanted product to us provided : 
 
It’s not missing any accessories or parts,
 
It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and/or stickers still attached,
 
It has not been personalized for you or made to your specifications, unless defective.
 
Products can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. In such a case, we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you at no charge. One exchange per purchase.
If such variation is not immediately available, we will refund you with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of you logging the return.

Please note, that this is not a shop but a working zone.
 
Or we can arrange a courier to collect your goods. Please include your address and we will send the next available person to you. For this R100 will be deducted. we cover this cost for exchanges.
 
 
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 
 
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality and without defects.
 
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of the product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
 
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section : 
 
•fault resulting from normal wear and tear 
•Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
•Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product ;
•Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the products; and 
•Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
 
 CHARGES 
 
if you return a defective product to us but fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.
 
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse Quartier d’femme for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
 
INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND EXCHANGES
 
unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on international orders as it has become very expensive.
